Not your average brewery, the Texas Sake Company is a literal one of a kind in the Lone Star State. The Austin-located Sake company is known for being a frontrunner when it comes to mixing ancient Japanese tradition with a little Texas flair. Visitors can take a tour around the brewery and try their original Oak Junmai, which is soaked in oak chips to give it a bit of Texas flavor.
